Step-by-step: how to bridge to Robinhood Chain
- 1Add Robinhood Chain to your wallet

From Ethereum
Cleanest settlement path. Use the Arbitrum canonical bridge for trustless deposits (~10 minutes typical). Aggregators (Across, Relay, Jumper) can be faster or cheaper on smaller sizes because you may avoid full L1 overhead on every hop. Prefer canonical for large amounts where protocol-level security matters more than speed.
From Arbitrum One
Usually the cheapest way to bridge to Robinhood Chain. Same Nitro-family lineage means the transfer behaves more like moving inside one stack than a full cross-ecosystem hop. Canonical-adjacent and third-party routes both commonly support Arbitrum as a source — compare quotes and go.
From Base
Base is OP Stack, not Arbitrum Orbit, so there is no canonical bridge to Robinhood Chain. Use aggregators / intent bridges that list Base → Robinhood Chain. Fees sit between Arbitrum-cheap and Ethereum-expensive; Base gas is low, but the cross-ecosystem bridge adds cost.
From BSC
BSC is a separate consensus system. Routes rely on aggregator liquidity, which can be thinner. If funds are on Binance the exchange, withdraw to a self-custody wallet on BEP-20 first — you generally cannot withdraw directly from the CEX to Robinhood Chain — then bridge from the wallet.
What bridging actually costs
- Source-chain gas — expensive on Ethereum mainnet, cheap on Arbitrum / Base / BSC.
- Bridge / aggregator fee — often lowest from Arbitrum; higher when liquidity is thin (e.g. some BSC routes).
- Robinhood Chain gas — paid in ETH on destination; typically small, but you need a little ETH to move after arrival.
- DEX slippage — only if you swap-and-bridge; thin pairs can dominate total cost.
Rule of thumb: for most people parking funds to trade, an intent bridge or aggregator is simpler; for large size, canonical wins on security assumptions.
If a deposit doesn't arrive
Canonical deposits use Arbitrum's retryable ticket system. If the Robinhood Chain (L2) leg fails — for example due to insufficient gas for the L2 execution — funds are not automatically lost. You may be able to manually redeem from the bridge interface within the documented window (often discussed as within 7 days). Always keep the source tx hash.
Withdrawals from Robinhood Chain to Ethereum via the canonical bridge are three steps: initiate on L2 → wait the ~7-day challenge period → claim on L1 (pays L1 gas). Skipping the final claim means funds stay unclaimed on L1 until you complete it.
